RCScaleBuilder is a member-supported community for building and flying scale aircraft in any size. Its public references expose Aircraft and Kits For Sale/Wanted and Misc For Sale/Wanted, with recent aircraft and kit posts visible. Some forum pages require registration; check access and posting requirements before relying on a particular thread.
That specialist setting is valuable for scratch-built aircraft, plans, quarter-scale projects, warbirds, balsa structures, and ARF makeovers whose value depends on workmanship and provenance. RC House becomes attractive when you want a repeatable listing record: real-item photos, condition, contents, item specifics, price, and a defined shipping or pickup choice. Neither route can remove the need to inspect a custom build.
In RCScaleBuilder, ask who built the model, which plans or drawings were used, what remains unfinished, and what changed from the plan. Request photos of the inside of wings and fuselage, joinery, firewall, hinges, covering, landing gear, and any repair. A wanted post can surface a project owner with exactly the missing kit, but agree payment, transport, and handling of problems before committing.
On RC House, a seller can publish a fixed price, offers where enabled, or a timed auction. Buyers can save candidates and review checkout. Multi-seller carts have a separate charge and order for each seller; pickup or shipping is chosen per seller, and current shipping policy is U.S.-only. A saved list is not a reservation or bulk order. For a large unfinished model, local pickup may be the sensible choice even when the listing is discovered online.

I can accept [alternatives], budget [$], and can collect around [area] or need U.S. shipping. Please include provenance, internal structure photos, deviations, and missing hardware.”

RC House charges sellers 10% of the item or service subtotal plus $0.30, including local pickup. Shipping and tax are outside the fee base; there is no additional payment-processing fee. Review the seller terms before choosing a price.
