Simple, disclosed pricing
Keep the math predictable.
The standard seller fee is 8.5% of the item subtotal plus $0.30, with no dollar cap. It applies to shipping and local pickup. Buyers currently pay no separate marketplace fee.
There is no separate payment-processing fee. On a typical US card sale, roughly 3 percentage points plus fixed costs cover payment processing and payouts. RC House receives roughly the remaining 5.5 percentage points before fraud prevention, refunds, support, moderation, and marketplace operating costs. Actual provider costs vary by payment and payout method.
Shipping and tax are shown separately at checkout. Local pickup has no shipping charge. You see the seller fee and expected proceeds before the order is complete.
