Initial diagnosis within 2 business days of receiving the vehicle. Most approved repairs take 3 to 7 business days.

What the buyer must provide

Provide the complete vehicle, transmitter when relevant, a written description of the problem, and approval before any parts beyond the listed service are purchased.

How local service works

Drop-off and pickup are by appointment within the listed service area. Bring every project piece to the confirmed location; the exact address is shared privately after booking.

How remote or mail-in service works

Message before shipping so I can confirm the scope. The buyer arranges the incoming shipment; the listed shipping estimate covers the finished project's tracked return from my workshop.
