RC Paddock brings community and commerce into one advertised destination: listings, wanted posts, a feed, collections, setups, tracks and events, plus custom-paint job tracking. That makes it attractive when the question is “who knows this build?” or “who can paint it?” RC House starts with a marketplace identity and adds listings, offers, auctions, wanted requests, services, checkout, shipping or pickup, and order records. Neither choice removes the need to inspect the actual item and agree the scope.
RC Paddock’s public homepage says participants arrange payment and shipping themselves. That can be flexible for a local deal or a custom paint job, but write down the payment method, package responsibility, tracking expectation, and remedy if the result differs from the agreement. RC House provides checkout and an order record. Its current policy supports United States shipping, and pickup is completed with a handoff code at the exchange. RC House is not escrow, and policy based issue review is limited to eligible on-platform orders.
Choose RC Paddock when a setup record, local tracks, or a particular painter is the deciding factor. Choose RC House when you want a listing with condition and contents, checkout, shipment or pickup selection, and an order you can reference if a supported issue occurs. You can use both: learn what to ask in the community, then compare the actual listing and total before committing.
Photograph the real item and every meaningful defect. Name the exact chassis, electronics, battery requirements, modifications, and included spares. For paint work, define the starting body, design reference, finish, turnaround, and handoff method. On RC House, the seller still owns the facts and must complete applicable payout setup; the dashboard can show orders, fees, views, watchers, and saves, but interest is not a sale. The current fee is 10% plus $0.30 of item or service subtotal, excluding shipping and tax.
